Nigiri is a type of sushi made by hand molding a ball of vinegary rice.
After is covered with a wrapping slice of raw fish. It is served by pieces (usually two for a person), and the most traditional form to eat it is barehanded.
At Ricky’s Sushi we make it with the following fish or seafood, to taste: grilled red tuna, grilled spicy salmon, garlic shrimp, eel (unagi), yellow tail fish.
